    Welcome to Optimal Performance

If you're looking for a full day, high energy skill development camp for your child age 7 and up, OP is for you.  If you value teaching over simply time on ice.  If you value individual teaching, hands on coaching and an environment where bad habits are corrected. If you value a well-rounded approach which includes dryland, multi-sport exposure and time for socialization and good ol' fashion summer fun. If you value academics and behavior in addition to time on ice.

If this sounds good to you, join us. If you are looking for free skate sessions and loose, unstructured supervision, we know there are other great programs for you.

    • If you've tried a few summer hockey programs and something is always missing, this is for you.
    • If you want specific teaching and coaching for your age 7 to 15 year old hockey player, this is for you.
